Auteur : Margaux Vidotto , Véronique Saint-Ges, Agnès Fargue-Lelièvre, Claire Painchaud

Written by researchers from AgroParisTech, INRAE and CNRS and illustrated/designed by Claire Painchaud, this interactive book is a pedagogical tool thought for kids from 8 to 12 years old to introduce notions around a sustainable food system. It is written around five steps (production, processing, distribution, eating and waste management) with several systems/parts of the steps associating for each a short presentation, definitions and a supplementary activity (quiz, recipe, DIY, online video…). The reader walks through Terrix City learning about what is behind the content of our plate accompanied by Marah and Arti.
